All massage sessions may include Swedish Massage, Lymphatic drainage, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy (Nervous System self-correction techniques) Reiki or Medical Qigong (Acupressure & Energy Meridian/Organ Healing techniques), Raindrop therapy, Wellness coaching, as requested.
Traditional Indian head, scalp and lymphatic massage to the back, neck, head, face and shoulders ,hands and feet. A Pure essential oil blend and carrier oil are applied to the scalp along with, acupressure, soothing and vigorous massage techniques to reduce tension & headaches, release sinus congestion, encourage proper blood flow and drainage to the brain to enhance well being, restful sleep and enhance mental clarity.

Ellen will create and guide you in a personalized Self care series that includes : beginner breathing and meditation exercises, simple Yoga stretching, and Qigong movement practices, and a series of Mindfulness Journal exercises to strengthen mind and body.
