Recommended use: Used in Herbal Medicine to help maintain and/or support cardiovascular health in adults.

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) three times daily.

Directions of Use: Pour 240 ml of freshly boiling water over 1 teabag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the teabag to release any remaining extractive.

Duration of use: Use for a minimum of two months to see beneficial effects.

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (2 g) contains: Organic hawthorn flower & leaf (Crataegus monogyna) 1000 mg, organic hawthorn fruit (Crataegus monogyna) 500 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic hibiscus flower* (Hibiscus sabdariffa).

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication.
