Zen Yoga combines gentle Hatha Yoga, Qigong, and  Zen Relaxation Meditation.  These breathing stretching and movement techniques are great for all levels and abilities.  This is an excellent class in stress reduction, strength, flexibility and self-healing.

Aromatherapy Massage is a holistic healing art using distilled and extracted plant essences. At the beginning of the session a custom tailored essential oil blend is made to suit your specific needs. Certified organic or wild crafted essential and carrier oils from aromatic plants are used and applied to the body using relaxing massage and reflexology finger pressure techniques. Aromatherapy massage effectively brings about a state of relaxation which allows the body to heal itself.
