Young Yoga Masters is delighted to be bringing the Kids Yoga Teacher Training course to Soaring Heart Wellness in beautiful Shelburne, Ontario.  Shelburne, the fastest growing small town in Ontario, is  located about one hour north of Pearson International Airport.  Whether you are from Shelburne, live close by, or want to retreat from the city this is sure to be an uplifting weekend to escape from the ordinary.

Includes 12 hour training, curriculum, manual, and certificate. Pre-registration is required to provide you with course materials.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga with Kelly Mayville – Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and offers a system of physical poses, breathing techniques and focused meditations to achieve optimal health. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga physical health and strength can be increased, emotional balance facilitated, sensory awareness heightened and spirituality cultivated.

Yoga with Sarah

Tuesday evening – 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - Intro to Yoga with Sarah Weinberger – September 21st – October 26th ~ Beginner/Level I.

Wednesday evening – 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm – Ashtanga Flow with Sarah Weinberger – September 22nd – October 27th ~ Level I/II.

Thursday Evening – 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm – Restorative Yoga with Sarah Weinberger – September 23rd – October 28th - All Levels.

Zen Yoga

Zen Yoga uses therapeutic Qigong breathing exercises to co-ordinate the body with the breath. Through the flowing movements of tai-chi, the quietude of zen meditation and the gentleness of shanti yoga well-being is achieved. These breathing, stretching & movement techniques are great for all levels and abilities. This is an excellent class for stress reduction, relaxation & self healing.Downward Dog

Breathing With Yoga

Yoga deals with the spirit and mind. Yoga helps to reduce stress. When a person feels relentless thoughts turn in his/her mind, and finds it difficult to shut off the valves, thus it is an apparent sign of stress.

Common Variants of Yoga – What Is The Variation

What is the variation between common yoga & the not so common yoga, not anything only one is exercised on a bigger scale than the other. It is up to each person & their first choices to what form of work out they select to practice. Some common types of yoga are executed by people for health reasons.

If starting out to practice yoga for the first time then be certain to find out what is greatest suited to your requirements. Important factors that have to be considered before any work out is performed are your suitability levels.

Some of the most common types of yoga are Iyenga. This yoga is exclusively based on position & exact movements.When exercising the Iyengar way props are used such as straps & blocks for starters who are not as elastic as the experts in this field. By using these yoga props it helps the beginner to relax & give comfort therefore encouraging advantageous outcome.
