Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga with Kelly Mayville – Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and offers a system of physical poses, breathing techniques and focused meditations to achieve optimal health. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga physical health and strength can be increased, emotional balance facilitated, sensory awareness heightened and spirituality cultivated.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga with Sarah Weinberger – Vinyasa is rooted in the hatha yogic tradition, where physical postures (asana), controlled breathing (pranayama) and one-pointed mental focus are practiced in the journey to unite mind, body and spirit in the practitioner. Vinyasa refers to the synchronicity of breath and dynamic movement, linking held postures together and creating an invigorating yet playful practice full of flow and grace. The practitioner cultivates physical strength, flexibility and stamina, mental clarity and emotional groundedness through the practice of Vinyasa yoga.

Zen Yoga

Zen Yoga uses therapeutic Qigong breathing exercises to co-ordinate the body with the breath. Through the flowing movements of tai-chi, the quietude of zen meditation and the gentleness of shanti yoga well-being is achieved. These breathing, stretching & movement techniques are great for all levels and abilities. This is an excellent class for stress reduction, relaxation & self healing.Downward Dog
