Zen Yoga

Zen Yoga uses therapeutic Qigong breathing exercises to co-ordinate the body with the breath. Through the flowing movements of tai-chi, the quietude of zen meditation and the gentleness of shanti yoga well-being is achieved. These breathing, stretching & movement techniques are great for all levels and abilities. This is an excellent class for stress reduction, relaxation & self healing.Downward Dog

- Thursday Mornings  10-11 with Ellen Brakel

  – Saturday Mornings 8:30-9:30 am with Ellen Brakel & Joey Lemieux
