Ellen Brakel
Ellen has been practising the healing arts for thirteen years as a Registered Massage and Cranial Sacral Therapist, and has focused the past five years on teaching healing, movement and self-care through creativity.
She has had a thriving massage and healing practise in Heart Lake, Brampton, worked in the Spa Industry, taught The Artists Way program through the Oakville Arts Council, and taught Nia, Yoga movement and self-care to adults and children in yoga studios, community centres, schools and corporate settings. She is co-founder of Soaring Heart Wellness with her partner, Joey Lemieux.

Joey Lemieux
Joey has a deep appreciation for life and this planet and has integrated many healing arts into his practice while studying in the U.S. and Canada.
He is a certified Body & Foot Reflexologist, Zen Yoga instructor, Permaculture Designer, and an RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist). Currently he is co-founder of Soaring Heart Wellness where he teaches Zen Yoga and has a healing practice with his partner Ellen Brakel.

We place emphasis on water quality. After heavy mineral, algae filtering and ultraviolet treatment the water at Soaring Heart Wellness is treated with Grander Water Treatment Technology. The Grander Technology treats water using a molecular resonance effect, in essence bringing the water back into a pure, living state.
