  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Soaring Heart Wellness ships merchandise to locations within North America and Internationally using Canada Post. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery or longer outside of Canada. Expedited shipping is the norm unless the cost to do so far exceeds that paid by you, the customer. 



  • Return Policy

  • We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from this site. Please use the CONTACT US email to inform us of your return with your contact info and we will get back to you as soon as we can. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN ALTERED. Refunds will be offered on returns made within 30 days of the shipping date and will be credited back to the original credit card, minus shipping & handling. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON.
    Exchanges:
    When shipping back the item, shipping is at your expense. Please ship the item back to our mailing address. Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Your card will be charged or credited any difference in price. Return ground shipping back to you is complimentary/free.
